We know when containers are empty.

we enjoyed using different materials to fill containers.

We made them full and half full.

Firework Art

The children learnt about Bonfire Night and Diwali.

They noticed that both celebrations included fireworks.

We talked about the different colours of fireworks.

The children said fireworks were 'sparkly, sizzling and fizzy'.

We used paint and straws to make firework prints.

We then added glitter to make our pictures as sparkly as real fireworks.

Diwali Dance Workshop

We learnt and performed an indian inspired dance.

The dance encorperated movements based on animals found in India.
